FreeGate Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
- To enter sweepstakes: You may enter the sweepstakes when you call 1-877-ONEGATE (please state you are entering the monthly drawing), or by registering at
www.freegate.com/info_contest. Limit one entry per customer. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, or
misdirected entries.
- Prize drawing details: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by May 31st, 1999. No substitution or transfer of
prize permitted except, if prize is unavailable, sponsor has the right to substitute a prize of equal value. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Odds of winning a
prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by certified mail within 8 weeks of the drawing, return receipt requested, and
will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability which must be returned within 14 days after notification of prize, or prize will be forfeited and
awarded to an alternate winner. Winner grants permission of the use of their name, photograph/likeness for advertising and promotion for this and similar promotions
without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Prizes: One (1) OneGate 150 system will be awarded. Approximate retail value (ARV) is $2195.00. Winner is responsible for payment of all taxes on prizes.
- General conditions: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the prizes are awarded on the condition that FreeGate and their agents, representatives
and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Winners
further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee (expresses or
implies, in fact or in law) relative to the use or enjoyment of the prize.
- Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older. Employees of FreeGate, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising,
promotion, fulfillment, publicity agencies, and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law and
is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.
