The 90 Day Maintenance Program:The FreeGate system is automatically covered by hardware warranty for one year: replacement parts and shipment are free to the customers. Customers
automatically qualify for our 90 day Maintenance Program when they buy a FreeGate Gateway.

The FreeGate maintenance programs provide:
- an advance parts replacement service: in case of hardware failure, we ship replacement parts (power converter, disks or board) overnight.
- automatic software maintenance upgrades of your FreeGate system are available via the Internet.
- remote troubleshooting is available via secured remote dial-in as part of our network escalation procedure.
The Extended One Year Maintenance Program:
You can extend your 90 day maintenance coverage with the One Year Maintenance Program. The Program is renewable from one year to the next. |
