The 90 Day Maintenance Program:

The FreeGate system is automatically covered by hardware warranty for one year: replacement parts and shipment are free to the customers. Customers   automatically qualify for our 90 day Maintenance Program when they buy a FreeGate Gateway.

Maintenance Program Description

Hardware Warranty One year with parts, labor and shipment at no cost to you. Next business day shipment  is  provided within coverage period.

Software Warranty Coverage for 90 day after purchase

Technical Support 7am to 7pm PST, Monday through Friday

Electronic Support E-mail support and online technical documentation available.

Expert Troubleshooting Expert remote maintenance of FreeGate systems is provided through our Premier  Partners  via secured remote dial-in.

 The FreeGate maintenance programs provide:

  • an advance parts replacement service: in case of hardware failure, we ship replacement parts (power converter, disks or board) overnight.
  • automatic software maintenance upgrades of your FreeGate system are available via the Internet.
  • remote troubleshooting is available via secured remote dial-in as part of our network escalation procedure.

The Extended One Year Maintenance Program:

 You can extend your 90 day maintenance coverage with the One Year Maintenance Program. The Program is renewable from one year to the  next.
